| All the farms that produce meat for sale as “Just” Beef are located in Saskatchewan, mainly within a few miles
of the town of Hudson’s
Bay in the north-east of the Province. Each is a relatively small,
family-owned and -operated enterprise. Every animal is known, documented,
and handled as an individual. Life just doesn’t get much better for
beef cattle, and in the end the meat you get to eat tastes noticeably
better than meat from packing-house feedlots. |
